Limits You Set Yourself

Your account settings hold three tools that let you decide, in advance, what a normal session looks like for you. None of them require a reason and none of them are reversed instantly once set.

• Deposit limits: cap the amount you can add to your account per day, week or month. Lowering a limit takes effect straight away; raising one has a cooling-off period before it applies.
• Time-outs: step away for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account is locked for the period you choose, no login possible, no balance changes.
• Self-exclusion: close your account for a fixed term of 6 months or longer, or on an open-ended basis. During self-exclusion you will not receive marketing emails, bonus offers or promotional contact from us.
